Rich in fat and protein, dried mealworms can be fed to wild birds all year round. Loved by insect loving birds including robins and the tit family. Sprinkle mealworms onto a bird table, ground feeder or a purposely designed dried mealworm feeder with tray that prevents loss and mess while birds feed. Before feeding why not place dried mealworms into a bowl of lukewarm water to rehydrate.
