Goldfinch and Greenfinch love to feast on this fantastic seed, a great alternative to the popular nyjer seed which can be messy to use and prone to self seeding into garden lawns. Sunflower hearts can be fed from a purposely designed sunflower seed feeder or any peanut feeder.
