Refunds will be paid into your account within 7 days of accepting and processing the returned item in our warehouse. Those items that are not eligible for return but a refund has been accepted by Winston Wilds will also benefit from a 7 day refund period

It acts as an added layer of security when taking card payments. It gives consumers a secure authentication step before they can purchase online shopping online; ensuring that they're using the correct carddetails to help protect against card payment fraud.

Orders are dispatched the same working day if placed before 9am. Order placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders are dispatched on a NEXT DAY delivery service via our chosen delivery partner ( DPD ). Full tracking information for your order will be provided by DPD if you provided us with your email address and mobile number. Text alerts and emails will be sent by DPD on the progress of your delivery. 

Orders above £40 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY. No weight limits

Order below £40 will incur a small delivery charge of £4.99

Yes, if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival you can return the item. Please contact us via email, phone or live chat to request a return.
